The Challenge
An automotive supplier needed tooling development for a new suspension bracket design, with a pathway from prototype validation to volume production of 10,000+ units monthly.
Our Solution
Our tool room designed and manufactured progressive press tooling for the bracket, incorporating feedback from prototype trials. Material flow and forming sequence were optimized to eliminate secondary operations. The production cell was set up with SPC monitoring for quality control.
