MINING EQUIPMENT GUARD SYSTEM

The Challenge

A mining operation required replacement guard systems for conveyor equipment, designed for harsh conditions and heavy impact. The guards needed to incorporate wear-resistant materials while allowing maintenance access.

Our Solution

Working with the client's engineering drawings, we fabricated the guard assemblies using a combination of mild steel structure and wear-resistant plate in high-impact zones. Laser-cut access panels with quick-release hardware were incorporated. Hot-dip galvanizing provided corrosion protection for the remote site conditions.
