The Challenge
An electronics manufacturer required a reliable production partner for their equipment enclosures. The program demanded consistent quality across monthly production runs of 500+ units, with precise tolerances for component fit and EMI shielding requirements.
Our Solution
We established a dedicated production cell with optimized programming for laser cutting and CNC punching. Brake press tooling was developed for repeatable forming, and a quality control protocol was established to ensure dimensional consistency. Powder coating is applied in-house with masking for ground points.
